[NSFW] Move site to new host and lost all my fvplayer id_”s

    I move my site to a new host and all the wordpress stuff migrated successfully but none of the FV Player video’s I had set up show up on the new location.

    The videos are in the media library but none of the fvpalyer id=? show up under the FV Player.

    I have 71 set up – is there a way to export/import them?

  • Hello Mike,

    I assume you do not see the videos in wp-admin -> FV Player, is that right? In that case move over all the wp_fv_player_… tables, that is:

    • wp_fv_player_players
    • wp_fv_player_playermeta
    • wp_fv_player_videos
    • wp_fv_player_videometa

    You need to export these tables using the database tool available on your web hosting control panel, such as phpMyAdmin and then import it on the other end.

    Currently you can only export the players one-by-one and it wouldn’t keep the database IDs either.
