Move Site Title OR Multi-line Tagline

Hi there!
I’ve just installed Polylang and have a little headache with site description.
I don’t like when site title is shown under the logo. So currently I use double-line tagline which consists of my site title (1st line) and it’s description (2nd line) – .site-description:before & .site-description:after in my style.css (and hidden title thereby). However using this code I can’t translate my site description into any other language. So my questions are the following:

• is there any way to use different site descriptions for each language based on the same snippet i use now?
• OR how can I show & move my site title directly above the tagline and use therefore single-line tagline (that can be translated simply with Polylang)?
• OR any other way to fix my issue
