Move site from Drupal to WordPress

There are others for Drupal 6. I don’t know of any from Drupal 7 yet.

Also, does any one have good ideas for conversion in the other direction. Im thinking, is there any way I can convert a WordPress plugin to work in a Drupal set up?

No, you’d need a total re-write, since WP plugins are bound to make some WP specific calls.
