Move shipping and fees to table

    Hello, acoording to law in Slovakia, we need to write full tax information regarding shipping. I was unable to do this in demo version of premium teplates of yours. I am able to do everything needed in columns section but it is impossible in summary, can be shipping and fees (which are c.o.d. so part of shipping) moved to the table where all tax calculations are made? i will buy your plugin immediately, just must be sure that it is possible to make otherwise i will not be able to use your plugin.

    Although there is not a way to achieve this directly in the plugin’s settings, we have an extension to achieve it which we share with our paid customers.
