Move "Read Less" to bottom of text

I’ve done this using position: absolute; on .wpex-link and you might need to add bottom as a negative value. Such as:

.wpex-link {
    bottom: -40px;
    position: absolute;
}

And if it’s in a <p> you might need to give the p:last-child a margin-bottom of 0.
