move portfolio carousel to appear in the home content

    Hi,
    I have developed a website for my client using your excellent free Virtue theme. The website is https://www.purplegrass.ie
    My client has asked if it is possible to move the portfolio carousel (Client Case Studies on the website) further up the home page so that it appears after the first paragraph of text, just before the Why Work with Purplegrass table. Can you tell me if and how it is possible to do this? I know I can change the order so that the Case Studies section appears before the Home Page content but I want it to appear after the first paragraph of text.

    Hey,
    Unfortunately this isn’t an option with the free theme because you can’t split up the “page content”.

    In the premium theme there is an added widget area for the home page where you can basically have two “page contents” also there are shortcodes and widgets for the carousel so you don’t even need to add that part through the theme options.

    Thanks for your response. Would it be straightforward to upgrade to the Premium theme, given that I did not create a child theme with the free theme?

    Yes, you can transfer your settings from free to premium. see here: https://docs.kadencethemes.com/virtue/#freetopremium
