Move nimble portfolio items to wordpress portfolio or othe portfolio plugin

Hi!

I love Nimble portfolio plugin, but is not working on wordpress last update.

How can I easily move all my portfolio items (almost 250) to wordpress portfolio or another plugin?

I cannot support Nimble anymore cause makes my web fail:
