move nav bar below slider in 'WP Shower "Sight" theme

This has been driving me totally insane for weeks now – so I give in! Any thoughts? Literally all I want to do is move the header below the slider. I am using WP Shower ‘sight’ theme. the web address is https://www.gardinersnursing.co.uk.
