"Move" my blog home to /blog/ URL but not update permalinks?

I am looking to change one of my WordPress blogs. What I want to do is this:
1. Set the home page to be a specific page (already did inside reading setting in WordPress)
2. Then I want my old blog home that’s being replaced with a page to be moved to https://www.blahblahblahmyblog.com/blog
3. I don’t want to actually move my blog to a different directory on the server though. So in other words, all blog articles will still start URL wise like this: https://www.blahblahblahmyblog.com/my-article/
(I’m already using /%postname%/ as my permalinks)How do I do this?
Is it just WP-Admin > General > WordPress URL that I need to change from https://www.blahblahblahmyblog.com/ to https://www.blahblahblahmyblog.com/blog/
