Move multisite to another folder, cannot access the website now

Hello,

Recently I was given a multisite which was moved to another folder (on the same server) but I couldn’t figure out how to change the path to that folder in the WP settings (there was nothing under Settings > General) and stop forcing the old domain. So we moved the website but now we cannot access it because it keeps redirecting us to the old domain (which is used by the new site). I changed settings in wp-config.php to point to the other path but website still won’t load
with an error “The page isn’t redirecting properly”, so obviously I had to do something wrong.

Any advice would be appreciated.
