move menu below header image using current "The Ken" theme

    I am in need of some assistance. I have been given a site mockup and need to create a working skeleton site. The first problem that i am having is i need to move the main navigational menu from inside the header to just below it. Secondly i need to have the menu items staggered. (i.e. of the 6 required menu items, i need to have 2 of them aligned to the left hand of the page/site and the other 4 items aligned to the right hand site of the page/site.)
    What will be the quickest and most effective way of achieving this?
