move from .com/wordpress to .com

  • hi all,
    the site hosting administrator says he isn’t sure and has handed the job to me, the designer!
    he installed wordpress in the .com/wordpress location, and now i’m ready to move it to it’s proper .com location.
    can anybody recommend a nice easy video or tutorial?
