Move from a www…./wordpress site to www….com site

Hello,
Sorry for newb question, but I hope theres a simple answer.
I have a website:
https://www.rosehilltravel.com/wordpress This is the homepage.

At the moment all other pages are also …/wordpress/example.com
I want the homepage to be rosehilltravel.com removing the /wordpress/
Can someone explain or point me towards info about how to move my website files so that they are located in the top level domain. Is it just a case of moving the wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes files out of the wordpress folder in to the public_html folder?
