    Hi,

When a user tries the Paypal or Venmo buttons, but hasn’t filled yet the required first name or email fields, error notification messages shows up all the way to the bottom of the form, giving to potential donors a poor user experience since most of the times they are not able to see the error messages since they are coming up all the way to the bottom, specially on mobile this is becoming a problem.

How can I move these error notifications to display right above the Paypal and Venmo buttons? (screenshot added for greater visual reference and context).

PD: I’m a developer, you can be technical.
    Thank you!

  • Hi @elvismdev,
Glad you reached out, this is a great question. Our team has done a bit of digging, and this isn’t something we have a workaround option for, so I’ve created a feature request here: https://feedback.givewp.com/feature-requests/p/ability-to-move-paypal-donationsvenmo-errors

You can use that link to add details or your own, or to check in for progress updates. I’ve linked your ticket there so we can reach back out to update you once we have a resolution for this.

Thanks for sending along that question, it’s a good one! I’ll mark this as resolved for now, but if you have other questions you can create a new ticket right here and we’ll be happy to hop in for a look.

    Have a great day!
