Move Feed to a subdomain

  • Hello,

    I need to move the feed from one of my blog (I am running multisite) to another subdomain, typically from blog.example.com/blog1/feed/rss to feed-blog.example.com/blog1
    Should I use the plugin WordPress MU Mapping ? Has anyone else done it before ?
    I have been looking into that https://www.webmasterview.com/2009/12/wordpress-feed-sub-domain/ but since it’s from 2009, it might be outdated.
