Group functionality removed?

  • Thanks for creating this great plugin.

    In the latest update, it appears that there is no longer an option to move redirections from one group to another (unless I’m missing something). I found this feature very useful. Do you have any plans to include it in a future update?

    Edit: Also, it appears, that new redirections I add automatically go into the main redirection group and I am no longer able to choose a group for new redirections.

  • Hey fltxprt, try going to Groups then click “view redirects” on your new group. If you add a redirect from here, does it populate in your new group?

    I’m not seeing a way to move items between groups, but at least this allows you to populate a group with your redirects.

    Yes, that does seem to work to assign new directions to a particular group. Thanks for the tip! Much appreciated.

    Now I need to move all the unassigned redirections I recently created to the correct groups. Not looking forward to manually deleting and recreating all of them. If anyone has figured out how to move redirections between groups in the new iteration of this plugin, I’d love to hear from you.

    A suggestion for future updates…..
    Intuitively, it seems like the “Move Group” function should be included in the Bulk Actions.

    There is another way to place redirect to desired group. From 404s you have to click “Add redirect” link under your bad link (shows up when hovering). It opens “Add new redirection” dialog on the very bottom of the page (you cannot see it unless you scroll down). There you have ability to select group.
