Move Contents To Another Server

    Hello,

    I was testing this plugin in a development environment and now want to move it to a production site, but would like to move the contents and configuration settings over. Is it possible to move all support tickets and configurations from one server to another server.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to only export and import support related data and settings. You have to import all the tables from your old server to the new server.
