Move Comments Count to the top

  • I am using The Twenty Ten theme on the wordpress.com which is not allow to access php files to customize, only CSS theme file. My site: saigontimes.org
    Request: want to move the meta “comments count” of the post to the TOP next to “Posted on” which right after the post title, instead of the bottom of the post.
