Move/ close sidebar elements on a page

I’ve looked far and wide with no luck so far. I’m looking for a WordPress plugin that allows users to move or close sidebar elements on a WP blog, for example an extreme version would be something like Netvibes. Close the element/ widget, move it elsewhere on the page, reorder it, that sort of thing. The closest I’ve been able to find is Movable Anything

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way of doing this?
