Move Blog Sidebar To Right Side Of Page

  • I’m trying to move my blog sidebar to the right side of the page, but I am not fluent in CSS and nothing I type into the additional CSS box works. I’d also like to make the sidebar smaller (maybe 25%). But when I try to do that, the site title shrinks, but the sidebar stays the same size.

    Since this is a WordPress (CSS) question, not a theme question, I was hoping to get an answer here so I wouldn’t have to bother the developer again. As I said, I am not fluent in CSS. I just need the correct syntax, so it knows what I’m talking about.

    it is a theme specific question, as you should be able to move the blog sidebar to the right, just by using the ‘customize’ ‘layout’ options for the blog page… (without using custom CSS).

    even when this would work with custom CSS, it would still be a theme related problem, as the CSS is theme specific.

    I did that many times, and it didn’t take. After still more searching, I finally found an article that gave me the words I need, and the sidebar is now on the right side of the page. Thanks for your reply.
