Move Attribute Display Elsewhere (Short Description)

Can someone (and please be detailed) tell me how I can have product attributes appear not in the additional information tab on single product view, but in/after the Short Description field? If that is not possible, how would i display them in the Product Description Tab?
I have some (little) coding experience, but *not* in PHP, so you’d need to tell me what file to type whatever code is necessary and where in that file.
Help would be uber appreciated ??
