Move Ask Question Button Next to Search like in the Plugin Screenshots

I would like to move the Ask Question Button next to the search bar like the screenshots you have on your plugin page under front-end appearance. I do not want to create a sidebar with a widget and insert a css button. See screenshots below:

The 2nd screenshot is literally the same as your front end screenshots on the plugin page. What do I need to do to replicate that?
