Move arrow so it’s next to the title text

Hi

At the moment, the arrows appear either at the very start or the very end of the line. I have centralised the title text but the arrows have not centralised with them, so there is a huge gap between the arrow and the title text.

How do I move the arrow so it sits right next to the title text?
