Move Apple Button to payments section on checkout page

That woudl require cusotmization. In short, one could unhook the action here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/blob/5.0.0/includes/payment-methods/class-wc-stripe-payment-request.php#L160 and then hook it back in on a later action hook.
