Move a multisit

Hi. I am trying to move one multisite installation to another. The hitch is the new location already contains an installation of wordpress. So what I basically want to do is ADD sites from multisite to an already existing multisite.

can this plugin to that? of not, anybody have any ideas on what’s the easiest way to accomplish that?
