Move a Gutenberg block (release WP 5.5)

  • Hi,
    after updating to release 5.5 of WP I can no longer find a function to move Gutenberg’s blocks.
    In 5.4.2 besides the up and down arrows, there were dots to move the block to another area (e.g. inside a column block).

    This function is not found in version 5.5. Only the up and down arrows are present.

    Am I doing something wrong?
