Movable widget sidebar ?

Is it possible to create a moveable widget sidebar. So that a user can move widgets on my page (www.polishstudent.co.uk). Or after he has loged in he can then move the widgets and add a widgets to his profile. I was thinking of a widget inside a widget. You could then add widgets to the original widget and make the movable. Is something like this out there. I search google for it but could not find anything.
