Mousewheel attached to body always

Hi,

Still another problem, when using it with some lightbox which needs to scroll vertically, the mousewheel only scrolls the body scrollbar/content, not the lightbox. You can see this if you go to my site https://www.wonderfulperiod.com and click on the settings button in the orange cookie bar at bottom, this will open a lightbox which will need a scrollbar (depending on viewport size): with the Smooth Scroll by WPOS activated it is not possible anymore to use the mousewheel to scroll this lightbox.

Is it possible to fix this, so it works (or at least to free the mousewheel) also in these cases?
