    Hi whedlund,

    Bold fonts do render slightly wider than non-bold fonts, I’m not sure there is much you can do about that apart from remove the bold effect.

    Thanks Tom. Actually, that wasn’t the problem – I just figured it out by accident. It might be a slight bug.

    I had my PRIMARY menu font size/weight set to 15px and bold and my SECONDARY menu font size/weight set to 16px/bold.

    When I changed the PRIMARY to 16px it resolved the issue.
