Mouse over (?) don’t point anywhere?

Hi,

While in the admin interface, when I go over a label for any option I get a question mark in a blue circle.
When clicked nothing happens as they all point to
https://gerhardhoogterp.nl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ftg-lite-gallery-admin&id=10#
the id is the same for all links.

For some reason, I was expecting some info on the option?
