Motorcycle site. Help?

Hi all, I hope this is the right section!
I have to make a very simple site for some friends of mine that have a motorcycle shop. All they really need is a way, a page (like a shop window) to post the photos of the new articles with a brief description, and remove it in case it has been sold. Could be WordPress a right choose? Is there any plugin/addon that could suite for me? Thanks you in advance for your help =)
