More than 1 Column not working

As we checked we could apply the shortcode for 1 and 2 columns both.
can you please tell more details about the issue being faced and add some screenshot so we can analyze the issue being faced.

As we checked and tried replicating the issue being faced by you we were unsuccessful and 2 columns ads for adgroup is working fine.
There might be a compatibility issue with the theme or plugin conflict.

Already tried deactivating plugins. Should this be used as shortcode or as html code in WP? Very odd. No one else is having this issue? Thanks

Ok we just tried the widget and when we select 1 column this is what we see. 1 column with the last row being 2 columns. Look at screenshot,

When we select 2 columns we get 1 column. This is so strange.

Nothing works. Guess we are not go pro.
