• Jetpack is great in that you can turn on and off all the various elements, which replaced multiple plugins on my site.
The vast majority of it works well but for free support, if you get a problem with it, you’re fairly well doomed. They claim free support reply in around 24 hours, it’s typically 2-3 days with copy and paste answers, ignoring what you’ve sent them, even their own bug reports.
If you can make use of the features, then they’re great but if they break, you’ll have to look elsewhere for a fix.
The paid support plans may be different but if they claim one thing on free and it’s incorrect, I can’t trust the paid claims with my money.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Very sorry about that; we’re indeed a bit backed up at the moment and it may take us a little while before we get back to you. I don’t notice any thread from you in the Jetpack forums, so I assume you’ve contacted us via email.

If you’d like me to take a look as well, don’t hesitate to reply here or start a new thread here:

Alternatively, do not hesitate to reply to the last email we sent you; while our support hasn’t been up to par so far we’ll be more than happy to try again until we solve the issues you’re having!
