    I used to use Jetpack’s Contact Forms, but that seems broken now and Jetpack doesn’t seem to care enough to fix it, so I switched to Fluent Forms. Much easier to use than the competition and very flexible on just the free plan.

    ETA: I had problems with it at first because I didn’t know how to be able to reply to the entered email, but the developer was quick to respond with instructions, so I’ve amended the review.
