    Forminator is fantastic. It is easy to set up and it has crucial features that many of the free form plugins lack (such as keeping form entries in the DB, conditional logic).

    It is well supported, easy to use, and actively maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better form plugin in the www.remarpro.com repositories.
