    Hi, any help would be greatly appreciated! I successfully installed WordPress on our servers and it runs fine. I am using it as a CMS instead of a blog, not sure if that’s relevant. However, I uploaded a few themes and none of them seem to activate correctly. The images don’t show up, the fonts are goofy and really it’s just text w/out much else.

    I downloaded all these (e.g., iNove was one, ocean mist another) from www.remarpro.com, then I unzipped the files into folders I put in the “themes” subfolder in WordPress on the server (wp-content/themes/). It must be reading something, because the theme screenshots all come up in the dashboard when I go into “Appearance”. I’ve also double-checked to make sure all files are in their folders.

    What should I be looking at as the culprit for this? Not getting any errors per se.

    Please provide a link to one of those themes.

    Do you want a link to their folder on the server or should I implement one so you can see how messed up it is?

    I activated the “Inove” theme and I get this:

    Sorry, I didn’t notice you mentioned iNove in your original post.

    I installed and activated that iNove and I’m not seeing those errors, at least with version 1.4.5 of that theme.

    Line 62 of the header.php if trying to do this:
    <?php include('templates/header.php'); ?>

    which may suggest you don’t have ALL the files for that theme loaded on your host. Might delete and reinstall the theme or follow the procedures at Themes#Adding_New_Themes..

    Thanks, I did it exactly like the instructions say except for I didn’t name the folder the theme is in exactly the same as the zip file… should I?

    I went through, and there were 7 files less in my folder than in the zip file. But get this: It’s because several files (including header.php) are in the zip file TWICE. I wondered why when I copied them over it asked if I wanted to replace. I don’t even know how it’s possible to have 2 files w/the same name in the same folder….????

    So now I guess I have to figure out which one it wants?

    HEY I figured it out….DUH! I was copying them out of winzip, not extracting… so they weren’t carrying over their subfolders. I am too used to doing that. What a dopey oversight.

    Thank you for your help, though, it actually helped me figure it out!

    Gawd.
