Most tabs content changed into the same tabs

    I have 400 tabs, almost 200 tabs of them have changed by themselves into another one of the tabs.
    Most of my posts are messed up and I’ve been fixing it for days.
    I use the free version for a tube site, I put embed links on tabs so the users have server options.
    What did I do wrong and how can I prevent another similar problem?
