Most setting options disappeared

  • This website lost all of the settings GUI after the “Filtering by Types” “Filter how:” list. WP 5.9.3 and 0.3.1 of the plugin. Another site with the same versions is showing all settings and working properly. I have uninstalled it twice, purging the cache between uninstall/install and also confirmed its directory is completely removed from wp-content/plugins.
