Most Recent Upload/Change is Duplicated

    I noticed on a new wordpress and plugin install, every time I upload a revised version of a file, in the revision log the most recent change is always duplicated. When I add a new revision after that, again the most recent one is duplicated while the rest are normal.

    Is this a known issue?

  • I’m seeing the same thing and was about to ask the same question. If you look under the Modified column, the link to the two documents are different, with the top-most pointing to the most recent revision. This is confusing for a number of reasons since it’s displaying two different files with the same revision summary.
