Most of the plugin works without problems but don’t count on support when needed

The plugin works but be aware!!

It caused super slow download speeds on our site. At first we received fast replies from support, they asked for admin credentials, which I gave them. As we run an erotic site (soft, no hardcore) I mentioned it to them that the content is adult oriented and asked them to not share our content with anybody (we had this happen with someone having admin access before).

We are more then 3 weeks later but since then I didn’t receive any reply, send several follow up emails and opened a support ticket here on the WordPress site, all without reply. In the meanwhile we have solved the issue ourselves but instead of being able to count on support (which is included in the plugin price) so we can focus on running the site, creating content and support to our customers, we had to tell our customers we are waiting,… still waiting,… on reply of WPDM support and then focus on fixing it ourselves, losing valuable time.

If the WPDM team is not willing to help because we create erotic content, then they could at least be polite and just tell us immediately with a short reply instead of letting us wait for nothing and lose a lot of time.
