• To clarify this at the beginning: I’m absolutely not against paid features. The problem here is, that there is nothing mentioned that some of the features, which are part of the readme and thus made me want to use this plugin, are behind a paywall.

Besides that, support doesn’t seem to be a priority. I asked for how to access these features since I first didn’t see the tab with the plans, but even after that there was no answer from the support whatsoever.

Additionally, to me it looks more like a clone of OAuth Single Sign On – SSO (OAuth Client) by miniOrange, which I don’t think is the best idea since the user experience can be improved dramatically.

The features that work without payment seem to work fine, though.

    Hi @mysteve06,

you’re right, the support email has been arrived in the spam folder, but even then the answer was not really sufficient to me. Since I already moved on and use another plugin now, it’s no more important to get a proper answer there.

And sorry for the delay, I was on vacation.

By the way, I don’t think it’s the right move to offer people a license (for free?) after they write a kind of negative review. That’s a bit of “buying positive reviews” for me, so I need to decline that offer.

    Best regards,
    Matthias

    Hi Matthias,

I understand that you have already found an alternative plugin to meet your needs, and we respect your decision. Nonetheless, we truly appreciate your willingness to provide valuable suggestions for improving our plugin’s user interface. Your insights are essential to enhancing the overall user experience, and we would have greatly valued your feedback.

Regarding the offer of a free license, we want to clarify that it was not intended as a means to obtain positive reviews through any sort of exchange. Instead, our objective was to encourage users, like yourself, who had expressed constructive criticism, to engage further with our product and help us identify areas where we could make tangible improvements.

Please rest assured that we take the integrity of our reviews and user feedback seriously. The offer was aimed at fostering a collaborative relationship with our users, enabling us to learn from their experiences and ultimately provide a better plugin for everyone.

While we respect your decision to decline the license offer, we remain open to receiving your valuable suggestions at any time. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we would be more than happy to hear your thoughts on UI improvements or any other aspect you’d like to share.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we genuinely appreciate your time and consideration.

    Thank you for your understanding.
