    I believe I am actually on 4.3.6

I just upgraded to PRO, and most of my keywords no longer are linked. So, I deactivated PRO, re-activated the regular version and they worked again. Problem is, I really need PRO because I need to be able to use the “Exclude Area” CSS option because on my blog listing page, if there is a key word in the teaser, the “Read More” button will not work (just refreshes the page).

Is there a way around this?

    Thank you!

I did find a work around, I am using the Free version again, and excluded the “News” page (blog page) and the “Read More” links seem to be working fine. I wasn’t sure if that would work because those posts are pulled in dynamically, so wasn’t sure that if I blocked that page if it would still effect the dynamic content, but it seems it has.

Still curious if there is a work around or fix for the PRO version however.

    Thank you!

    Hi again Coxc02

    thanks for your message

I did not get exactly what is wrong; when you activate the pro version tooltips do not appear anymore ?

If so please check the Console inspector of google chrome after loading the page or send me a test page and activate the Tooltipy Pro version so I can see myself

    Hi Jamel,
Yes, after installing Pro, only 1 or 2 keywords work on the page, when I go back to the normal version, about every other word then works.

    Here is the page: https://agentsofgoldencare.com/products-2/

    Thank you!

    I got it ??

add this to the Exclude areas from the advanced tab :
    ddsmoothmenuh

    Plugin Author Jamel.Z

    (@lebleut)

ddsmoothmenuh is the class of your main menu
in the free version menus are excluded by default this is why you felt that a bug is taking place

    I’ sure this will work isn’t it ? ??

Thank you sir! I tried that but still not seeing a change. I even put in the whole header class, and that didn’t help either. Any other areas that were excluded in the normal version?

Thanks again for the quick response as always!

I can see “Humana” and “Mutual of Omaha” appearing after that change

if you are not still satisfied I can take control on the admin to see what i can do, if you wish ??

Yes please, I will set you up with an account and DM you. I just switched to the normal version again so you can see how many more appear linked. Its strange because the three that were working on PRO do not work on the normal version, but most of the others do. At one point they all worked as expected.

    Thank you!
