Most locations are missing for logged-out users

I should be clear that i’m talking about the output of the [locations_list] shortcode.

Thanks so much for the reply. I’m running 5.5.5, which says it’s compatible with WordPress up to 4.1.1

This is a bug that appears in locations list and map! It is known for a while now see links below.

A new version of event manager may solve this issue. Until then you will have to wait.

Does anyone know if a) downgrading the plugin will fix the problem, or b) if the paid version has the same problem?

sorry but do you have a step by step guide on how we can replicate this please? also, are those events are created by subscribers or admin ?

I have the problem with the locations whether an admin or any other role creates them.

For a step-by-step guide: Go into the admin for your blog. Create a page and add the [locations_list] shortcode. Click Publish.

With Events Manager enabled. Go to Events > Location.

Click ‘Add Location’.

Fill out the details and publish.

Now go to your published page with the locations list. You will not see the newly added location until it has an event associated with it. That seems to be the issue: non-eventful locations don’t display unless you are logged in.

Is that a detailed enough guide?

OK, well I appreciate the responses, but it would be good to get an answer to one of these questions: a) will downgrading fix the problem, b) I will gladly upgrade to pro if this will fix the problem, c) Was my guide detailed enough to pinpoint the problem.

The answer: Downgrade to 5.5.3.1. This will fix the problem.
