Most links only refresh top page

Hello,

Using 2.02, vanilla with a couple of additional themes installed. When I click on any standard navigation link, it simply delivers the first page with the most recent entries on it.

I discovered the problem while writing this entry. I remember that the last change I made was under Options, I set the Blog address (URI) field to the main domain root, which has a redirect to the /wordpress folder.

I cleared that field and submitted the change, this corrected the issue.
