Most link of front page are giving Object Not Found results

The front page of my wordpress site (https://www.aklys.net/ravings/) is displaying just fine. But the majority of the links are resulting in a object not found page.

I’m using xampp 1.6.4 and WordPress 2.3. It worked before the upgrade but I can’t even get the old system I configured to work. I’m guessing there is some sort of reference issue with the links but I’m at a loss at how to troubleshoot and what I need to provide to help anyone troubleshoot this with me.
