    Hi,
    I use LikeBTN with VIP plan. The like button seems ok on my woocommerce products. But when I use this shortcode on a page to see the 10 most liked products :
    [likebtn_most_liked title=”Most Liked Content” author=”” number=”10″ order=”likes” time_range=”7″ title_length=”100″ show_likes=”1″ show_dislikes=”0″ show_thumbnail=”0″ thumbnail_size=”thumbnail” show_excerpt=”0″ show_date=”0″ show_author=”0″ show_button=”1″ show_button_use_entity=”product” entity_name=”product” include_categories=”” exclude_categories=””]

    I just have : “Most Liked Content No items liked yet” on my page. I tried with longer time ranges, and I’m sure I put some likes today.

    What should I do to make it work?

    Hi,

    The thing is that the most liked content widget is working as designed: first it selects materials published during specified Time range and then sorts them by likes.

    I had the same issue and contacted LikeBTN support. They wrote back with the exact same response you see above with no further offer for assistance or dialogue. Very insufficient support or willingness to dialogue given this is a paid plugin and clearly a very good one that has had a lot of work put into it.

    I would love a fix to the above issue(s)!

    My content was published during the right time range but it still doesn’t work + @emeraldcity has the same issue.
    How can we solve the problem?

    @emeraldcity Try to set long time range, one year for example, and you will see posts having likes/dislikes sorted by likes/dislikes.

    @imcelia Last item https://merciali.com/index.php/produit/puzzle-bois/ on your website has been published on 2017-09-24T07:22:52+00:00 which is more than month ago. Just set time range in the widget to Month or Year. If you need further assistance please email at [email protected]?

    The feature has been implemented in the most liked content widget: there is “Votes period” parameter that allows to get the materials which have received votes for the certain period.
