I have also had to disable Photon due to any new pics added do not show up at all.

It seems to have something to do with the pics not being up loaded to WordPress.com content delivery network. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this not to get uploaded to i2.wp.com?

Still looking for some help here, we are at a loss.

The JetPack support team have been on a work retreat for the past week or so – there was a sticky post at the top of this forum to that effect (now removed) – I’m sure they will reply as soon as they get through the backlog.

Bumping will only move you down the queue…I deleted your first bump for that reason.

Ah thank you very much Wpyogi I was unaware of the process since this was our 1st time asking for support..

It’s okay – and support is usually faster – in the meantime, have you looked through the troubleshooting resources here?

Yes we did thank you for asking, We also tried disabling every plugin as well.

Then enabling only jetpack and the photon & mosaic gallery one at a time but the results are still the same for us.

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in answering.
I had a look at your site, and it seems that you’ve added some image hotlinking protection that blocks Photon from caching your images.
You can reproduce the issue by querying one of the images via cURL:

    curl -I https://www.happy-dayz.ca/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/New-2013-1.jpg

You will receive the following error message:
    HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

For Photon to be able to cache these images, the images have to return a 200 message:
    HTTP/1.1 200 OK

If you’re not aware of any image protection plugins or options on your site, I would suggest that you contact your hosting provider and let them know about the issue.

Let me know if it helps.

Here is what I get when I run Curl

From what I see I get the HTTP/1.1 200 OK, what is the next step? and thanks again for your help Jeremy.

I ran the curl command and I get a 403 Forbidden response as well.

Maybe you were looking at a cached response. Try running the command from a different computer and internet connection.

What about Jeremy’s question about hotlinking protection. Did you set anything like that up or do you know if your web hosting provider has set it up on your web server?

    Thread Starter HDsupport

    (@hdsupport)

sorry for the delay in response, here is what our host is staing

Our 1st suggestion is to check the permissions of the images.
If they require 777 we do not recommend that.
Also, I appoligize but this is way out of scope for what we are able to
    assist with.

what info should I be giving this to help me out with this?

I gave them the info that Jeremy gave me

Forwarding my reply was a good idea; they should be able to help you from there.

You might also want to disable any hotlinking protection plugins or services you may have activated in the past few weeks, as I mentioned earlier.
