Mosaic gallery and WP default gallery both show

    Could you turn off other plugins one by one to see the differences?

    I found the problem. Removed some functions.php tweeks made to correct display of the carousel format earlier on, and also under My Theme > Settings, chose “Disable Gallery Shortcode Customizations” at the bottom under Theme Features. Now I have both carousel and tiled working perfectly.
