    Hello @merlehaggard

Pressing the menu option: “Calculated Fields Form” in the WordPress menu, you will be redirected to the settings page of the plugin (https://cff.dwbooster.com/documentation#managing-forms)

This page includes a list of predefined forms, distributed with the plugin, that you can use as the starting point to implement your project or for learning to use the plugin. Furthermore, this page includes a section to generate new forms (you only should to enter the new form’s name, and press the “Add” button).

As you can see, every form has associated a “Settings” button, pressing this button it is possible to access to the form builder to modify the fields and settings (https://cff.dwbooster.com/documentation#form-builder). Furthermore, the forms have associated a shortcode (at the end of form row), that you should insert into the content of the page where the form will be published (https://cff.dwbooster.com/documentation#insertion-page)

    Best regards.
