More that one checkout for franchises

Hi, I′d like to know how can I redirect my customers to the payments gateway for each franchises after setting the postal code or city in the chekout page.
I mean, redirect to a specific payment gateway when you click on “Pay” when you are in this page: …../checkout/order-pay/……
